This will allow you to place them in an area to lead in which they will feel comfortable and able to express themselves.

Leadership coaching is one way as it allows people to discuss their daily or weekly problems with someone who has experience them all before and can give a potential great leader confidence in knowing how to handle various situations.
Having a structured educational system within your own company is another great way as it lets your employees come together and discuss their leadership knowledge together and share this thus improving everyone’s leadership abilities as a whole.
Providing potential leaders within your company with a chance to experience leading is a great way to assess who they might be as well as letting them find out what is required in order to be a leader within your company and what they are good at and what they need to improve on. Leadership is certainly a skill that is most successfully learnt particularly well both through doing and discussing. It can be of benefit to those in every sector such as health, design or construction.
