I can't believe that I haven't posted this yet but here is the famous scene from Glengarry Glenross where Alec Baldwin's character's motivates and leads his sales team to generate more income for the company. Is this good leadership? I'll let you decide!
How do you think that this could be applied to businesses in other industries? Whether it be nose surgery or the giving of cupcake classes could it work or would it only be applicable when working with salesman in this environment?
